Hello every one ,second time on ,I just received my a7 and they look great. cant wait to hear them.but with the reviews I read ,are these going to be the best speaker for a dedicated 2 channel system, with a marantz 150 watt amp.or should I have chosen the monitor 10's. oh ,by the way I purchased these from polk direct and received them in about 2 days.which was great.any answers would be helpful.

You will find that the RTi A7's will play enough bass with your 150 watt Marantz amp. Hopeful the Marantz will not add to the brightness.

    Let me know about that.

I'm happy will my RTi A7's and they don't even had dedicated power (seperate amp) power like yours will have.

No sir, never heard the Monitor 10's.

My system is on 12 hour a day on a average playing Sat, Apple Lossless, PS3, and Live concerts in 5.1 DD everyday. This is at many different volume levels.

They are truly broke in, I let the system stay on 3 day straight to start off. Plus done a few reference volume demo's for friends. Personnal music time for hours at -10db to -8db when no one is around.

I did take a little treble out of the EQ. Therefore, your warm sounding Marantz amp should help you.
