ATI 1505 5Ch Amp - 550$

Up for sale is a multichannel amp from ATI based in Socal. The amp runs 150wattsx5 8ohm and 225wattx5 into 4ohm all channels driven. The amp is 2ohm stable. How do I know this? Because I ran a pair of Infinity Kappa 9s which sustain in the 2ohm range below 80hz and dip into 1ohm at certain points. Ran those speakers without trouble and was only warm to the touch. It's really a tank built in the USA
I am the second owner of the amp, and cosmetically the amp only has minor scuffs on top of the face plate. Otherwise the front of the faceplate is clean. Only other notable problem is that the light on the power switch flickers.

Looking for local deal for now but willing to ship if it doesn't move. It weighs a whopping 75lb unpacked, and will be about 85 packed.
Local pick up in 92841. Willing to deliver to LA or SD for a small fee

I don't know Tony, I guess all the Polkies here think their Polks are too efficient to need this kind of power

I do know however that ATI does do a lot of manufacturing for a lot of the big names out there so I wouldn't be too surprised if some of the parts in some big amps out there came from the ATI manufacturing line.2Ch Tube Audio Convert -
Picture Update:
All scuffs were not covered up, as you can see there is slight scuffing on the top of the face plate as well as minor "dots" on the face plate. The rest of the body is clean and is still hooked up for a demo if anyone is interested.2Ch Tube Audio Convert -

I suspect it is less of a "nobody interested," and more of a fiscal issue. I know I would absolutely love to have this amp. However, I simply cannot come close to affording it at this point in time. It may take awhile, but someone will come along who wants it can afford it. Just be patient and it will happen. :biggrin:Nobody interested in a powerful amp!? -
