WTH is going on here? I just recently sent in some ID subs for RMA and now I see ID has closed the doors. These were new IDQ subs, luckily I'm not out much coin but I tried contacting the POC and no response. Some USA companies suck a$$, seriously.

Thanks for posting gents. I'll try calling to find out if they can make good on this. I bought the subs from an authorized dealer, who in turn said I could send them back directly for repair. Hopefully I can get this resolved.

I have a 12" and 8".

The 8" is the most impressive small sub I have heard to date.

.8 cu ft sealed with 480 watt Phoenix Gold.

They offered excellent sound quality subs which is why I went with them to begin with. Some how during use, the cones came apart so I RMA'd them for repair. I'm not mad, just need them to make good on this. I understand things happen and all, but damn.

They aren't *gone*, well not yet. Eric Stevens and Matt Borgardt are no longer with the company. I don't know why the website is reflecting that, although without those two guys, I don't know what they plan to do. Matt said Nancy is still on the phones, and can help with whatever anyone needs.
