Has no one had any experience with the Blackstone series?
Just looking for insight because I think this would work for me?

    I have experience with all three lines - TL1, TL2, and TL3.

TL1 is good bang for the buck when budget is really really tight but I tell you the fun really starts at the TL2 range. I really liked them a lot and you'll see from some of my older posts that I couldn't even imagine what kind of better performance the TL3 would bring.

Then I got the TL3 but I've only had em in a music setup and haven't tried them with movies yet but for tiny speakers, they are awesome :). You will need a good sub that can play higher which is expected but they really will shock you (pleasantly :)).

(My summary - go with the TL3 if its within your budget (you wont regret it) but if not, the TL2s will more than keep you happy. The TL2's are also such a big jump over the TL1 that I'd really suggest you save up a little bit and go with the TL2 if you don't have the moolah yet)

Topper, what were you driving the TL2 and TL3 with? I am thinking of using a 10W tube amp with one of these speakers.
    AVR: Elite VSX-21TXH
    Amplifier: B&K 7250 Series ii
    Misc: Velodyne SMS-1
    Mains: RTi-10
    Center: CSi-5
    Rear: Boston DSi460
    Sub: SVS PC-Ultra
    TV: Panasonic TC-P58V10
    DVD: Panasonic DMP-BD60K
