Surrounds
Hi all,
So I have been planning a set up of Yamaha RX-v667, Monitor 70s for fronts, CS2 for center channel, Monitor 40s or 50s for surrounds and a PSW110 sub for a 5.1 setup.
Out of all of the above, I have ordered everything but the Monitor 40s/50s for surrounds. And after receiving the Monitor 70s, my wife is totally not buying my arguments for another set of rather large speakers for surrounds.
So if I was to junk the idea of Monitor 40 or 50 for the surround, do you gurus have any recommendations that would cost around the same and are a little smaller?

Considering that the surrounds are not used as much you have a few options. You could go with some of the OWM series like the OWM3 or 5's. you could also get a couple of the new TL series satellites as well.
there are also the monitor 30's. they are not much smaller than the 40's though.Front - RTiA5's
Rear - RTiA3's
Center - CSiA4
Sub - PSW110
