LSI C as a Rear

I've read in past post that some polkies are using there Lsi c as there rear, does anybody have any info on this? How does it sound? What input would you hook it up surround L or R?

Rears: Lsi m 703
Sub: Epik Empire

    Why would you connect it to the L OR R output for a rear channel. The setups I've read about on here and used a LSiC for were for 6.1/7.1. As a rear channel it works fine.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
