Ming Tube PreampMC7R - Anyone familiar with these?

Anyone on the forum own this tube preamp?
I?m thinking of switching out my Belles Soloist 3 Preamp and tube buffer for a stand alone tube preamp. Originally I purchased the Belles for the HT bypass feature. Now that I have a separate 2-channel rig, I?m wondering if I should part with the Belles given I no longer need the HT bypass?
I came across this Ming tube preamp and apparently they are improved with upgrades. Any advice would be appreciated. My overall budget is between 600-900. Also, can I trust buying one of these through ebay shipped from HK? Thanks.

I don't know if this would be better than your current setup , but you can buy from Pacific Valve with complete confidence. This Ming Da pre-amp is 100% point-to-point wiring...no PCB's...and a quality transformer. I can attest to the Ming Da quality and tell you that you will be very satisfied with this pre-amp.2 channel - Willsenton R8 tube integrated, Holo Audio Spring 3 KTE DAC, audio optimized NUC7i5, Windows 10 Pro/JRiver MC29/Fidelizer Plus 8.7 w/LPS and external SSD drive, PS Audio PerfectWave P3 regenerator, KEF R3 speakers, Rythmik F12SE subwoofer, Audioquest Diamond USB cable, Gabriel Gold IC's, Morrow Audio SP5 speaker cables. Agreed. I've chatted with the guys at Pacific Valve a few times and they offer good products with even better customer service.

Pacific Valve is a solid company and will take care of you after the sale. Ming Da stuff looks to be really well built. Based on user reviews and photo's I'd put them on the same level quality wise as Dared. I own 3 Dared pieces and they sound fantastic and are built well and they use better quality parts than most other Chinese companies (Ming Da inc'l). That's why they cost more.
The Ming Da was on my short list before I bought my Dared pre-amp and integrated tube amp. I say go for it.
