DSW 550wi and audessy

I have purchased a DSW 550 wi. I am upgrading from PSW 110. TSI 500's for front, TSI 200 rear.
In the past I have gotten great results with Audessy. With this new sub which has different selectable equalizer settings for different placement, I am wondering if Audessy will work or conflict with those and what room placment setting would I use to run the Audessy on? I supposed the one that corresponds to where I put it.
Any help would be appreciated.

I didnt have any problems with mine. I just set it to where it was in the room.AVR: Onkyo Tx-NR808
