So about a year and a half ago we got word that my fiancee's work was closing down, and that they we're sending her call center overseas. This was a blow to us, a second income gone, and I have since been bearing the load for both of us. We have been very lucky this year, we got enough back with our taxes to pay off her car (and buy a new sub). Late last year she took a waste water class for NC, and about two weeks ago took her state exam. The exam has around a 60% pass rate. We just got word this morning that she passed, she called me from school crying about it. Tears of joy of course! These past 18 months have been very stressfull at times, but it looks like it has worked itself out! I know these times have been very difficult for alot of people, us included, but things are looking up here.

Good news and congratulations! Best of luck on putting the certification into making another income. Sure it won't take long.
I also received word just yesterday that I will be returning to work after being laid off for more than 23 months. I went apeshit and ordered up a new Harley Davidson Road King.....a long time dream of mine to celebrate! :biggrin:
