So i picked up c300.2 a few days ago. Don't really need one, was more of an impulse buy since it was still brand new in box, priced to sell and good amp all around (or so i've heard). I'm sure i'll find use for it one day.

After getting it i looked around a bit for other 2-channel amps just to compare and "see what's out there" since i never really payed much attention to 2-channels and stumbled upon Kenwood KAC-7205. Basically from specs these 2 amps are near identical - same size, same output...

Let's say if i was in the market for a 2-channel, which of these 2 would you recomend and WHY?? Never had or Kenwood's amps/subs/speakers before, only headunits so don't really know much on what to expect from them.

Kenwood is CEA-2006 Complaint and Polk is not since it was made before it to begin with, not sure if that really matters thou when talking about decent brands.

Specs are specs... I would venture to say Polk amps are built a a higher standard than Kenwood.

Also the SNR is higher on the polk, and the THD is lower - if you're going by specs alone thats a tenfold better THD and 10db (8 fold) better SNR. Not that those actually make much of a difference, but that's if you look at numbers.
    Main Surround -
    Epson 8350 Projector/ Elite Screens 120" / Pioneer Elite SC-35 / Sunfire Signature / Focal Chorus 716s / Focal Chorus CC / Polk MC80 / Polk PSW150 sub

    Den - Rotel RSP-1068 / Threshold CAS-2 / Boston VR-M60 / BDP-05FD
