PSW110 set up
Ok there many threads about setting up subs but my front speakers are causing some challenges. I have an Onkyo TX-SR608 hooked to Def techs 800 for rears and here is my issue Def Techs in the front are floor standing with built in subs. I dont have them hooked up through sub out but speaker bind posts which is pushing the bass and mid ranges as a normal full range speaker. Now behind my couch I have PSW110 and not much response for a 10inch sub. Does anyone have crossover settings for this receiver and sub set up? I think my cross over is set wrong. I think might be off and I am using LFE connection set up.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What model DT fronts? They could potentially be more capable than your sub anyhow.

Audyssey is screwy because of the subs built into the speakers. I either get too much bass or not enough.
The speakers are not new they are Def Tech Pro400 series but they do have built in subs and have their own sub inputs. -
Well I think I solved my problem, I think I am moving these Def Techs up to the man cave and buying some Dev Techs Studio Monitors to go with the center so they match but keeping this little Polk Sub. I think keeping the speakers the same but using the Polk sub will be fine. Now if I could only find someone who could just give me the perfect crossover settings for this Onkyo with this speaker set up I might be better off because Audyssey is not working well for me. I have even thought about going back to the old way of running the fronts through the sub and set the speak to large and then the receiver to NO SUB. I got better performance on my old Polk RM sats from like 1999 doing that than what I have now.
