While I enjoyed Cars, I thought it was the weakest Pixar release after Toy Story 1, 2 and 3 (I never liked those). I'd much prefer an Incredibles sequel.

Cars is my nephew's favorite, and the Toy Story series a LOT fo people consider their favorites (not me, though I like them).

Varying tastes and all that. I'd prefer they just keep being original and not fall down the path of endless sequels.

Personally, I can't wait to see it and I absolutely LOVED the first Cars movie.

I won't be seeing this one. I hate it when a movie tries to push an agenda on the kiddies. The rigs in the gulf and the "burning" comment are all I needed to hear.

I liked the first one, but I don't think I'll like the second. I will watch it though. At least try to.

Reminds me of Wall-E... the entire movie liberal agenda

Cars is my son's favorite movie. I really don't think this one will be that great though.

Blah blah blah. The last two films Pixar made before TS3 (Wall-E and Up) were near perfect cinema.

And I guarantee if the "political message" (though I don't think any of the messages in those movies are political in the least) were more in line with your ideology you either would pretend it didn't exist or praise it.

The first one was pretty good. I enjoyed it overall, hopefully this one does well also.
