bass blocker or crossover

On my DB651s I notice something that looks like a capacitor connected to the terminals. Is this an optional bass blocker, or part of the crossover network?
thanks.

What is the value of the cap? Is it on the woofer or tweeter?

Oops. It looked like a cap, but it's labeled 0.35mH.
They're installed already, so it's hard to tell what the internal wiring is.
And to clarify - the model is DB651. The 's' above was to indicate plural.
    So what's it there for?
    thanks.

That would be an inductor to block high frequencies from the woofer.
