I finally upgraded my Tivo to the newest model, so I'm parting with my trusty Series 2, which I bought new years ago.

The $275 price includes shipping and PayPal fees.

It comes with the lifetime service deal, a NetGear USB wireless adapter, the IR channel changer for your cable box, a Monster cable coaxial cable, and a Belkin S-Video cable. I also have a TiVo remote, but it's from my old Direct TV Tivo. It's the same remote, but it says Direct TV instead of TiVo at the top. Other that that, it works as it should.

I have upgraded it with a secondary Weakness internal 250gb harddrive, which gives it 330 hours of storage! It was a $208 upgrade at the time.

We only have one TV in the house, so there's no sense in my keeping it.

The monitor from the photo is not included.

Drop me a line if you have any questions. Thanks!

-Phil

Forgot to mention that! No HDMI- just analog RCA and S-Video. I'll post a photo.

Actually, the prices seemed to have dropped a bit on eBay. $230 conus would be a better deal for a quick sale.

    Hi!

Nope, it doesn't take a cable card. You plug it into your cable box's video connections. The TiVo has a IR forwarder for the cable box. It's a wire that has these little IR pads that you position in front of the IR receiver for the cable box so the TiVo can change it's channel. That way you can just use the TiVo remote control to change the channels on the cable box (and the TiVo can do it automatically when it's time to record a show or something).

No problem Dennis. Yes, I did upgrade, but only because I got a giant flat screen that didn't have the right connections for the Series 2. If it did, I would still be using the Series 2.

The premier seems to be working fine, though. Outside of that, I didn't feel like it was a major upgrade...

Okay, I completely forgot about this listing! I was cleaning a closet the other day and tripped over it...

So, $190, free shipping and no PayPal fees. Surely there has to be someone who can use this in another room of the house!

I'll even throw in a free Christmas CD from my trio:

Actually, if you listen to HD audio (88.2, 96K, 24 bit...), I can offer the CD as a 88.2-24bit download :-)
