Pretty Hate Machine on Vinyl was released a few weeks ago, I finally got around to breaking the seal and put this CLASSIC album by NIN to the test..
Very well pressed and the quality is top notch..
If you love your vinyl and a fan of NIN you best pick this up. I'm glad Trent had is hands in this one, as The Downward Spiral on vinyl is good but this blows it out of the water..
Again don't wait it is that GOOD!!! I will have to pick up the CD as well, wish he would have done it in SACD..

Damn, it's things like this that make me wish I had the time, space, money, and inclination to jump down the vinyl rabbit hole. I can't believe the market and technology for a vinyl pressing is economical to do and an SACD release isn't. Bummer!

Is it the remaster? http://www.slicingupeyeballs.com/2010/10/22/nine-inch-nails-pretty-hate-machine-reissue-new-artwork/
I have the original Broken on vinyl, streatches the limits of most systems, not so compressed, just a solid wall of sound, the production is off the chain, if it gets remastered, I hope a bit more separation gets in there , Trent always liked to have the sound bounce around between left and right. I loved how they made the sound go from back to front in the soundstage tho.
Lp on the right of the Teac....I lost the 45rpm Adam Ant that came with it, anyone have it? I'll trade some cool music for a copy, cassette prefered but, I'll take a CD or download file of it :biggrin:Thorens TD125MKII, SME3009,Shure V15/ Teac V-8000S, Denon DN-790R cass, Teac 3340 RtR decks, Onix CD2...Sumo Electra Plus pre>SAE A1001 amp>Martin Logan Summit's
