PSW505 packaging

Hi,

I just bought a new PSW505 sub. There is packaging material (thin styrofoam kind) between the front grill and body of the speaker. Is this normal? How do I remove it safely? I am wondering if pulling out the grill to remove packaging will result in losing the snug fit of grill?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,
Vez
