So they're trying to get rid of the last of them before they move in their new models. I just bought a pair from Onecall for $1,347 (normally $2,000).

I'll be very interested to hear how they differ and compare with my SRS2. Two completely different types of speakers. Should be fun whether they supplant the big Polks or not. I have to say that I'm mildly excited about this.

Two Channel Setup:

Speakers: Wharfedale Opus 2-3
Integrated Amp: Krell S-300i
DAC: Arcam irDac
Source: iMac
Remote Control: iPad Mini

3.2 Home Theater Setup:

Fronts: Klipsch RP-160M
Center: Klipsch RP-160M
Subwoofer: SVS PB12NSD (X 2)
AVR: Yamaha Aventage RX-A2030
Blu Ray: Sony BDP-S790
TV Source: DirecTV Genie

I own the source se as I did not want the regular vinyl cabinets because it looks cheap

The source are great but I always wanted a little more at a lower volume . the accuracy ,separation of musical instruments plus the transparency are definitely worth getting more than mildly excited about

I heard the logans at the store but it was not until I brought them home and listened to them that I realized I was in audio nirvana

I think the electrostats are the best sounding and any one who does not agree is in the dark

I cant wait for the electromotion to hit the shelfs this march for $2000 they have a full size stat panel and a down firing bass port with improved cone speed for a better integration

One magazine reviewer even said they sounded better to his ears than some of the flagship models like the ethos

I would have kept my money for the electromotion .

Your now going to have to buy a center channel and surrounds if you want a HT setup and that gets really expensive fast

I always loved my rti8 but when I went back to them after hearing the electrostatic sound characteristics I could really tell what they lacked

I tryed using my polks for surround duty and they did quite well but not the same obviously . I would avoid buying a matinee center channel like I did as it did not have the awesome bass response like you get from a csi5
