I did try the search. Would someone please explain the proper break-in procedure? Right out of the box this speaker is so much nicer than my 30 yr old Bose 901.
Thank you,
David

Just play some dynamic music for a while. If the house is empty durring the day put a good dynamic CD on repeat.
    Enjoy.
    Ben
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben

Forget break in, it does happen, just sit back and enjoy the process. Thanks for choosing Polk Audio!

    Cheers,
    Russ

Have only tried them stereo. They sound great on my old yamaha (pure direct) I used 7 ch stereo for a movie, used b stereo for A7s, wow. Cant wait to get theater room going. Thinking 3-4 weeks, fingers are crossed. Stanley Cup !

    Thank you,
    David

I know exactly how you feel. Dont you feel compelled and driven to play alll your music right now? Even the discs you haven't played in ages you will be playing again.
    The woodwork is beautiful.
I went from 5 year old series 6 901's that I owned for a year to Rti A9's..
Hey! Do you want to upgrade your Flintstone edition 901's for a relatively new set of 901's!?:tongue:
    Enjoy!

I also just got the RTi A7s, and man am I blown away. I replaced some older (crappier) Sony towers, and the difference in the highs and mids is astounding. I'm hearing background music I never noticed before in movies!
