Okay, i posted about my subs not hitting as hard as i wanted. That seems to worked itself out, guess they needed broke in i guess. Anyway, now after a little while, the bass gets softer. They hit hard for a while, then its like the amp goes dead or something. any answers?

Youre getting used to the volume level after a few minutes. Ever notice how when you get back into your car and crank it up, the radio is loud as hell? While youre driving, your ears get used to the louder volume cause its having to contend with road and wind noise. Same thing here.
Only other thing I can think of would be your battery is old and losing its capacity so it weakens as you drive.
That might be the problem, but Im kinda leaning to its your imagination. Youre fixated on loud subs - so youre gonna be susceptible to your mind playing tricks on you.polkaudio sound quality competitor since 2005
