I see this phrase used a lot and am curious to what exactly they mean. Does it refer to something specific, or is it just another way to say a pair of speakers sound good?

It means they are musically and emotionally involving.

That is a rather odd question considering your user name.

...not dead, sterile, uninvolved, lifeless, clinical, bloated, veiled or basically just a left and a right speaker making noise.

Jesse, hope you didn't add me adding on to what you had mentioned.

So is that just another way to say your pair of speakers sounds good?

Can my speakers "sing" if I'm listening to Rock? Country?

I do know the answer to one question; they can't "sing" when listening to rap, because that isn't music.

Oh, and Geoff, can you tell me what a rabbit hole rig is?
