redo on my baffles

my altec's are obviously old, the paint on the baffle was just old and faded, and to be honest, a little non-presentable really. so i decided to redo them today out of sheer boredom.
steps i took:
1. remove drivers (duh)
2. tape the edges, take your time, this is important
3. remove crossovers
4. sand down the baffle, make any necessary repairs to the wood as well
five. remove all dust with a damp cloth, dry with a dry cloth
6. wrap the entire speaker in newspaper to prevent overspray
7. 3 coats of flat black paint, allow to dry thoroughly between coats
8. urethane - 3 coats, even application, wait 1 hour after paint before applying
9. allow 24 hours for drying before reassembly.
what you guys think of my results? first is a single before, second is both afterwards

They'll look better after the drivers are installedPlease. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks

agreed. hopefully this is the last time i have to work on these for a few (see: decade) years. everything is done after this i believe. crossovers and binding posts are done. foams are new, and the cabinets themselves are a 7/10 short of re-staining them and attempting to fill in any nicks in the cabinets.

drivers are now back in. these looks much better repainted. very happy with the results. took about 16 hours for the urethane to dry enough to reassemble.
