I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

You can get them from CDJapan and HVM for $50.00. Most of them are well worth every penny and then some.
There's a long running thread in the Music section on them.Political Correctness'.........defined

I dont mind paying for my audio but honestly Acoustic Sounds and I are divorced with no chance of a mercy hit.
I have had good service from CDJapan and dig the discs I have got from them.

I paid $90 for my Dire Straits - Love over Gold SHMCD from Japan - quite happy with it, esp since there's no SACD version of that album that I know of.ALL BOXED UP for a while until I save up for a new place

Quick impressions on my first SHM SACD experience (Bill Evans "Live at the Montreux Jazz", total including EMS shipped and exchange rate from CDJapan $68.20):
Resolution is where it really shines. I can hear the thunks of Bill's stroke on the keys, snare drum rattles as if I sat next to it.
Well, it might be a cliche, but the money I spent on Modwright Oppo, and SF Cremona were finally paid off. I just wished that they have more selections, and don't cost that steep (this is more because of getting the heat from the wife, for spending $70 for a CD that came all the way from Japan). But, I am happy.I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie. -
Heat from the wife? It's best not to tell the wife what you spend on audio related items.

Hmm, appears a SACD player will only empty the wallet further if I have to purchase $50 discs. I have much to look forward to between Vinyl and SHM SACDs.
