I will be purchasing the TSi200 bookshelf speakers and want to put them on stands. It is not obvious to me how these actually mount to the stand.

Considering these stands:

How do I know if the mounting studs are compatible? Sorry if this is a newb question..but I'm a newb

normally you would just put the neoprene cushions on the top of the stand and set the speakers on top without actually bolting them on. unless you anticipate people knocking them off the stands in which case you could get some wood screws and screw the stands onto the speaker cabinets.

Ethire that or get some industrial strenght velcro. You might get a slight vibration / resonance by not using a ruber isolator between the stand and speaker though.
