Ok, I know it's a long shot, but this post increases my odds over not posting:smile: And I know a fellow polkie scored some 2B rings by posting...I could not sell my 2Bs... so I traded them for the ugly stepsisters that Ricardo left behind as my new project. These are not really ugly by any means, but need some TLC. So I traded the 2B rings I had and some $ for some 198s for this project. I could have modded and made a partial effort, but I decided all or none.

Anyway...here is my wanted post. You can tell by the silver screws in the passive that these are a good candidate for the upgrade.

Hey Jeff. I see Dave gave you some pretty good inductors, and Solens are a big step up from the stock caps. We should do a 15 TL's shoot out!!

Yes, they are jantzen foil inductors. I do need to hot glue them or secure them somehow. The board is not mounted either. I was planning to a/b with the stock board, but when I checked the stock XO, the contour resistor is just straight wire. It looks factory, but someone must have jumpered it for some reason. Let me rest from hauling the 2Bs out and these in and I may forget how heavy they are...a shootout sounds like fun when I decide on the final tweet I like...
