The image displayed is a pair of RTA-8's.

I wouldn't call them mint with that pushed in tweeter dome. The right grill looks odd in the picture, near the top. Wax spilled? I would ask for a picture of the area. Perhaps near mint would be more in line, depending on how the other things turn out.
The price is high also. I guess I should have a positive note also, its a cool speakerCTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint. -
Monitor 8's, same thing.
Cheers

so is the RTA line is part of the monitor series? Or are they just the same speakers, monitor 8 = rta 8, monitor 11 = rta 11?

There has been a spilled drink - or something on top of that speaker. Candle Wax like Dor said maybe.....but there has definetely been some Cabinet/Grille damage.....- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Agree... they look kinda raggedy, but then again the guy may be throwing in his laundry...More later,
