So I have a pair of Monitor 70s and a subwoofer. I need to buy a pair of surround speakers. First I was going for the Monitor 30s. But then I started thinking, what if I got some LSi7s? Then on occasion I could use them for my mains. Watching movies, they can go in the rear for the surround channels.

My receiver should be able to match the sound with Audyssey or MCACC. Plus, in whichever configuration i run, I can select a different sound field config from memory. At least with MCACC I can.

What do you think? Waste of money? Should I just go with the Monitor 30s and call it a night?
