Need Help with new Polk PSW1-8m wireless subwoofer setup

I followed all the directions. The lights are on as if it should work. But no sound comes out. My Denon 1911 has only one place to input a subwoofer. The 8m transmitter has two to input. I have tried every possible wiring configuration ( just red, just white, red into subwoofer input the other into output, etc.) but still no subwoofer function. Is the function on the PSW1-8m dependent on a RCA Y cable?
Oh...I'm using a Monster cable (2 prongs in, one out) on the 8m to receive signals from the transmitter. Please excuse me if I do not know the correct terminology.
The Denon is brand new too. How would I know if the problem is in the Denon's subwoofer input?
Thanks for any help!

Try a dofferent source output.. mp3 player..anything that will feed your sub input..then you will know if it is the rec. or the SW..there also may be a subwoofer control menu on your reciever off/on/level. etc. so I would be sure to check on that after i confirmed it wasnt your SW..hope that helpedRead thspecs,
read the reviews, do the research but most importantly...Listen and make your own decisions.
