The President ordered the cabinet to cut a whopping $100 million from the $2.5 trillion federal budget!

I'm so impressed by this sacrifice that I have decided to do the same thing with my personal budget. I spend approximately $2000 a month on groceries , medicine, bills, etc. So it's time to get out the budget cutting ax, go line by line through my expenses and start cutting.

I'm going to cut my spending by exactly the same ratio - 1/35,000 of my total budget. After doing the math, it looks like instead of spending $2000 a month, I'm going to have to cut that number by seven cents!

Yes, I'm going to have to get by with $1999.93, but that's what sacrifice is all about. I'll just have to do without some luxuries.
So much for that CD jewel case I wanted:frown:

If you have more than a 4th grade education, then you know this is all politics and none of these proposed cuts are even close to adressing the situation. Regardless, this thread is bound for the scrap heap.

I think I will do the same. I don't need that extra 10 cent sauce packet for my 20 piece chicken nuggets anyway.

Well, I for one am glad he's got the national budget under control so he can justify using his OFA to bus his union thugs to my state and get his nose in our affairs.

I was at the capital on Saturday to support our governor. Some really classy union types there. Unbelievable.

Why don't they listen to their arrogant hero? "We won!"

Has to be fun times up there for ya. Union thugs and socialists, a marriage made in hell. I was looking at some of the signs people were carrying, couldn't believe teachers would associate with such slime but then again, it explains alot too as to the current status of our education system.

You forgot to mention the green meanies(communists)... The story in Wisconsin is beyond rediculous. If they have recall campaigns up there in the great land of Cheddar, every one of those pols that abdicated their responsibilities should be recalled. The Gov hopefully will find the stones to tell the teachers to go back to work or be fired, just like RR did to PATCO in 1981. This is exactly how unions need to be dealt with...
