Tweeter problem

I have a pair of TSi300 speakers purchased about one year ago at Best Buy. I did not purchase a service agreement with Best Buy when I bought these. Been very happy with the speakers, however I just noticed today the tweeter in one of the speakers is dead. I haven't attempted yet to remove it and look for a wiring issue.
I did send a message to their online support center.
Has anyone had any problems like this with their TSi300 speakers? Will Polk sell or replace this tweeter - in other words do they sell spare parts for their products? Thanks to all for your help!

The best thing to do is call Polk CS in the morning. Email can take a while or get missed.Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
