I have a question for anyone out there, I was reading on line last night about adding mass to your sub to improve bass and reduce floor vibration. Has anyone played with this. It was said to place something heavy under and on top of your sub to reduce the wasted energy of the sub vibrating its own cabinet as well as the floor. Of course you need to also put some rubber sheeting in the layers as well but from what I read, it kind of made sense. I was wondering if anyone had experienced this or had any input. Thanks.

p.s. they were suggesting concrete slabs, like landscaping pavers and such. or perhaps even granite.
