Marantz dv7600 upgrade over ps3?

The title is self explanatory. I know the dv7600 is an old unit compared to the ps3 but does anyone think I would experience better cd/sacd playback from the Marantz over the ps3?

There is one for sale locally for $150... seems decently flexible on price so is it worth $125?

    The Marantz will have a warm, smooth sound to it. I had one, it was a nice sounding unit.

    Just make sure the unit itself is quiet while playing a disk as their transports are expensive to replace.

    I own both and the 7600 is far better IMO.
