Not here to gloat, just to let EVERYONE know I'm back, and I'm back big time. This was mine and Charlie Gold's town, and I took it back tonight. Not to be cheesy, but I felt him with me the whole time.

You can have your Monitor 5's, Baby Advent's with foam rot and what not - I'll leave them out there for you (I'm not greedy), but you can forget the golden eggs from this point forward.

That is all.

Cheers,
Russ

It doesn't matter, just a PSA for my local audio friends on Club Polk.

    Cheers,

    Maybe a pair of these???

But seriously, there has been a ton of stuff out there lately.
Low end, mid fi, high end. Everybody has something to sell, and damn few people with cash to buy them. There's a deal on audio in DFW
about every time I go looking. I've sworn off the old stuff.
I ended up with a room of it, and wondered why I did it.
Unless it's a step up, I'm not getting it. I've still got too many speakers.
And too many headphones, but the vintage amps are finally gone.
And all the speakers are pretty decent modern ones. No cone rot here.
The 2 channel is as good as it's ever been, and the Stax headphones
are to die for. Now, if they just weren't so big and butt ugly.

Next problem to tackle, too damn many laptops..............

It has been better lately, I had all but lost hope that pretty much everything is up north. I went right pass those DBX, money to be made, but they would sit for too long waiting for the right buyer. Don't get me wrong, I've seen a few things that I wouldn't mind having, but I'm in full on flip mode right now.

    Cheers,
    Russ

He doesn't have the controller, so they really aren't going to sell very well.

I appreciate all the hard work you do Russ. I'm looking forward to the time when you tire of your latest acquisition and the pass the deal onto me. The Audes still sound great. ;-)
