Awesome customer service here.:cool::biggrin: My Sumiko Bluepoint EVOIII lost output on the left channel a few weeks ago, due to one of those microscopic wires breaking loose. I called them and was given an RMA# and told to send it back. A couple days ago, I called them to inquire about it and was told that a new cartridge had already been sent! When I asked what was wrong with the old one, they told me they never even looked at it except to verify it was in the box.

This kind of customer service is what made business in this country thrive and prosper. They are now the ONLY place I will ever shop for my vinyl needs.
