Amp is not mine, i'm thinkign of getting it basically just for cost of shipping. All guy knows is that it doesn't work.
I know nothing about amp's guts so me looking at this is useless, the only thing i see i that there's no "big/fat" wires u usually see in every amp gut pic.

Anyone see anything here? It is easy (and cheap) to fix?

You can't tell what's wrong with it just by looking at it. Unless something burned up and left a big black/brown/gray/white mark, you need a multimeter and schematic with proper voltages to start testing connections to find the one that's broken or the part that's out of spec/busted.

If the amp is only going to cost you shipping, find out what it would cost Polk Audio to fix it. Probably a flat rate plus parts.

Either that or take it to a local place that repairs stuff.

Not to side track so much but how much would one normally go for? There was a CS300.2 NIB for $150 just a week ago as well as another CS (think it was a 4 channel amp) for about $175 or $185 NIB as well.

? what is the amp doing not powering on. Powering on but no sound? Is the thermal light coming on? If it does power on what are the lights showing? I own a c500.1 and the 400.4 the 400.4 did go into thermal mode once but after turning it off for 15 minutes it was fine. If it doesnt power on someone may have hooked the + and- backwards.
