I bought a new Receiver about a year ago (I guess that's not new) and it came with this microphone that automatically calibrates your speakers. However if I wanted to match up the exact best sound with ohms how would I do that. My receiver is an Onkyo TX-NR807 and my main speakers are Polk RT2000I.

Main Speakers - Polk Audio RT 2000I
Center Speaker - Polk Audio CSI 400I
Rear speakers - Polk Audio FX 500I
10" Sub - Polk Audio PSW 450
Receiver - Onkyo TX-NR807
Onkyo C-S5VL CD player
Yamaha TX-497 tuner
Sony PS-LX110 turntable
Sony Bravia KDL-52XBR9
PS3 120GB

The Onkyo has a calibration feature called audessey. In the menu there should be an option for it. It will allow you to use the mic to calibrate the sound levels. In regards to ohm's I dont really understand what you mean.
    Front - RTiA5's
    Rear - RTiA3's
    Center - CSiA4
    Sub - PSW110
