    Only 2 pages...well I'll draw a winner soon.

Oh, and cross your fingers that my installation doesn't cost an arm and a leg. 3" Downpipe arrived and I've just had parts stacking up here waiting to be installed. Luckily I'll be doing everything else....just not the exhaust. Still have 3 more packages coming in this week, can't wait

The black pieces you see there are the newer upper+lower intake manifold. The old aluminum intake typically shows a 10% difference in air flow between cylinders. This was evidenced by the difference in intake temperature which was typically 10% hotter in cylinder #1. The new design reduces this difference to 1%, allowing me to maximize the power in cylinders 2-4 when tuning.

The interior's smoothness is only a small part of the reason for the power increase. The real champ is the plenum air foil that delivers perfectly balanced airflow to each cylinder. New runner lengths also shift and flatten the power band.

The 3" o2 housing and 3" downpipe are the key components in my turbo car to provide a full 3" exhaust system which will spool up my turbo amazingly quick. I don't do 'butt dynos' and I've yet to dyno it but the increase in power+torque is supposed to be 10-40hp (varies greatly between vehicles).

Being shipped as we speak is an aftermarket cold up-pipe (goes between intercooler and throttle body) which will provide much better air flow compared to stock. And last but not least, an AEM Digital wideband to monitor fuel/air ratios important for tuning.

I wish. This is all being done on my PT Cruiser. Only thing I did to the Kawi was install CRG levers and a Yoshi exhaust. Bought the bike new so I wanted to keep it as close to stock as possible.

PT Cruiser.....Kawi Ninja....almost the same thing. Hehe. I said it was a wild stab. I kind of figured that manifold didn't look right for a bike. Good luck with the PT mods.

Drink until you pass out, then the first name you mutter after coming to is the winner. Or you can just go with the name in a hat thing. That should work too.
