LSi9 Amp Requirements

So I'm weighing my tax return options over a possible speaker purchase and LSi 9’s are on my list.
One of the things I’m wondering about is amp requirements. What does it take to run these and will my Emo UPA-1’s be good enough?
I know there are better amps out there; but since I don’t have a tree in the backyard growing $$$, speakers AND another amp is not going to happen. Music is the main consideration and I do play it loud at times, but plan to keep the knob under 11.

So for the sake of this discussion, will LSi 9’s sound good with my current equipment? Or should I buy another amp(s) first and think about these speakers latter? Also, what about speaker wire? Do I really need to spend $100+ per foot for these??
(I'm very skeptical about high priced wire, but maybe it makes a difference w/ 4ohm???)

Thanks in advance!

You should be just fine with the Emotiva powering the LSI 9s.
