RC85i in wall for surround, RC80i in ceiling for surround back, any suggestions in regards to new construction? Im thinking 1x3= enclosure, insulation back, speaker mounted 1/3 from top, caulk all edges.

Never messed with in-walls however a picture of the room would definitely help if you're looking for other suggestions as well in terms of placement/etc.Truck setup

No to any fully open air space in the wall cavity. If so get back boxes for the speakers.
