RTA-12B Value?

There's a pair of RTA-12B on eBay (below) that would run me $300-325 to get here. How reasonable is that price? How do they compare to the similarly built SDA-2s and Monitor 10s? I don't really need any more speakers, but they're a bit of a curiosity.

I looked at these yesterday on ebay. It is high imho after the shipping is added even if they are mint but the cabs are busted up some on the bottom and i cannot see much more.I'd wait and see if he drops the price if they don't sell and if you really want a pair (which i think are GREAT) keep an eye on craigslist and ebay for a better deal.
Maybe even someone on here will be cutting a pair loose soon.Good Luck.Main Rig-Realistic AM/FM Record player 8 track boasting 4 WPC

Those are a little overpriced to start with. Three boxes to ship by removing the tweeter assembly. Shipping would kill you IF the vintage drivers and cabs survived the trip. I'd wait for a local pickup deal.>

Sounds like holding off is the best choice. I thought that price was a little high, but there was a pair on Craigslist around here that sold for $300 faster than I could get in touch to make an offer.
