CD ripping to flac with join track capable

Does nyone know of a program that would rip cd's to FLAC format but has the capability to join 2 or more tracks into one.
I know Itunes can do this but is does not rip to FLAC. :mad:
Winamp will rip to FLAC but it does not have join capability :mad:
Current HT setup
Mains: B&W 804s
Center: Polk CSi5
Surround: Polk FXi3
Sub: Velodyne DLS-3750R
Receiver: Pioneer SC-07
Amplifier: Sunfire TGA5200
TV: Sony KDS60A2020
DBP: Sony DBP-S350
CDP: Pioneer DV-48AV
Interconnect cables: SignalCable analog II
speaker cables: SignalCable Ultra Speaker Cables Bi-wire

    Perhaps look into Audacity.

    Kitchen: Sonos Play5.

    ha ha ha... I created a post and then when back about an hour later and it was gone, I spent the entire day thinking maybe I didn't create anything ... so I created this new thread.
