Simple Bedroom System

For a while now I've wanted a simple 2CH system in my bedroom.
I know it's not fancy, certainly not compared to what most of you have, but finally after purchasing the H/K from stangjason for H/T duty last week I was able to retire my Denon to my bedroom along with an old pair of R20's (the very first Polk speakers I bought and the ones that brought me here in the first place, in fact).
Last night I just laid in bed and listened to music before going to sleep. It was fantastic.

If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

It doesn't need to be fancy. What is important is that it can work for you, give you some enjoyment, and it sounds like it does that, in spades! Relax and enjoy it."Don't forget to change your politician. They are like diapers they need to be changed regularly, and for the same reason."

Same here. Simple HT set up in bedroom: Onkyo TX-SR604, two Rti-4s and one 8" 100 watt RMS sub. Toshiba HD-DVD player. In a small room with Onkyo's Theater Dimensional (wide) option it does the job and more! Highly recommend a similar set up to anyone with a smaller bedroom who wants a 'simple system that sounds good'.

There are lotsa options out there for good low cost monitor type speakers out there too, so if you decide an upgrade is in order you'll have options.
