My SDA-SRS 2.3 fix

Thought I’d finally share some photos and thoughts re: my new (old) system…it all started on this forum, where I rediscovered the world of hi/mid-fi audio again after many years away. I can’t believe I ever left, but that’s a different story...anyway, I slipped and slid down the hole when I made about a 1200 mile round trip to pick up some modded SDA-SRS 2.3 units from Zardoss back in December. Kevin’s a good guy to deal with and I’d highly recommend doing business with him, he did a great job modding/restoring these and you should see his other gear! The round trip made for a long day, but they were safely set in their new home 16 hours after the journey began. Now for some pics, sorry these are crappy quality (phone) but I have to save my $ for audio now so I can’t afford a good camera.:wink:

I’ll post some listening impressions over in 2-channel, but I’m extremely happy with these bad boys.:biggrin:

    You had me worried I thought they broke. This is worse than seeing a picture of an "x" that dumped you, lol. I do miss those and glad you like them. Nice set-up and glad to see them go to a good home. Thanks for the compliments, Steve is a straight shooting stand up guy and a pleasure to do business with. If you do need spikes these work fine on those.

    Larry: Not yet, spiked the rack but the 2.3's will get same very soon...

    Kevin, thanks for the link. I was just looking at my PE catalog the other day to order a wall mount for my parent's plasma and I think I'll tget the spikes shipped along with it...
