Ok, this was a recommended movie for me in my Netflix queue. I saw it was based on a parking lot here in Cville (that I've parked at a few times) and decided to watch it....
Eesh, what a horrible movie. The masses online seemed to have eaten this one up, but it's just not flipping my switch. There was a constant theme of, "look at the irony of us geniuses working in a parking lot. How deep we all are. How lame the masses are." which absolutely drove me nuts.
For lack of a better way to put it, there was a hipster feel throughout the movie. Arrogant, smug, and self-indulgent.
I wish I had 2 more hands so I could give this movie 4 thumbs down.

Dude, small world. We put in last night, hoping it would be something along the lines of "Clerks"....not even close. While the cool parking lot attendants were trying to be "hip", they came off as boring and uninteresting. We made it through the first 15 minutes and that was it.

If nothing else, it definitely highlights the disproportionate amount of smugness in this town...

I watched this about a week ago and I liked it. Its funny how these guys thought they could save the world by making someone pay the buck it cost to park there. Plus if you have the cash to go out and shop you should have the .50 or a to $12 to park there.If life had more tubes it would be a lot smoother.
