F/X 1000's Rosewood - 9/10 - Atlanta Area

These are hard to find. Took me three years to find two pairs to complete my RT5000 system. I'm now using a pair of RT3000p sats I found for my rear 7.1 surrounds instead of these.

Kind of says it all.

Sonically 100%, cosmetically 8 or 9/10 due to age. I even have the original manual. This is a matched left and right pair, which matters. I have pix if you have serious interest.

If I can't get $475 for them, I'll keep them. (Probably should anyway.)

They are heavy, and shipping costs reflect that. A pair weigh 55 lbs unboxed. I have shipped three other pairs of these and they all arrived intact. These will, too, but a local deal near Atlanta would be much easier.

I've bought and sold several sets of speakers on this forum, all in my path of "upgrade-itis" with never a complaint. A couple CS400i's, a CS1000p, two pairs of F/X1000's, a pair of RT2000p's a pair of RT100's, a pair of FX30i's and a pair of RT1000p's that I can recall. I think an AVR or two as well. My eBay ID is rtinatl with well over 200 transactions over ten years, and all 100% positive feedback.

These don't come around often, so don't snooze.

Thanks vmaxer. I've been torn about selling them since it took me so long to find a nice pair. Thinking that 9.1 may be coming!! Just can't see where I might ever use them, and I've got speakers running out my ears.

If you get no response, it may be because your a tad high on the price. I've sold the exact speakers here before for roughly the same price....but 4 years ago.

My price reflects their value to me. Others may disagree, but please do so with consideration. I appreciate the guidance, but perhaps a PM would have been a little more polite?

You are in the right ballpark on price IMO. I recently sold mine for very close to your asking price. They are fantastic speakers and I hated to let mine go. Good luck with the sale.
