Velodyne CHT 10

Earlier this week i was browsing on craigslist and ran across a Velodyne CHT 10. I contacted the seller and he is asking $175.I know velodyne makes good subs.
Has anyone heard one or ever owned this?I am on a budget right now.Also on the other hand,I could spend a little more and spring toward a psw505.Just looking for some opinions.
