SDA SRS questions

Hello to all. I'm new to the forum and would appreciate a little guidance. I just learned about the SDA SRS line of speakers and joined the forum so I could gain some knowledge straight from the owners. These speakers look absolutely fantastic, but unfortunately, I have never heard them and would like to get an idea of their sound. I have a set of Monitor 5Bs and am impressed by the big sound that comes out of these small speakers. However, my main speakers are a pair of Sierra 1s by Ascend Acoustics. I absolutely love the sound that these produce. Nonetheless, I am intrigued by the SDAs. Because everyone has their own opinion on sound and the matter is entirely subjective, I simply want to know if the SDA SRS speakers produce a similar sound to the ascends or if they sound like a large version of my Monitor 5Bs? Do the SDAs have the same mids/tweeters as the Monitors, just more of them (I hope not)? Also, how would the sound compare to a set of Usher Be-718s that I keep hearing more about? Finally, what version of these speakers would you say produces the best sound for 2-channel music: SRS, 1.2, 2, 2.3, 1.2TL, 2.3TL, 3.1TL? Thank you in advance.

You are trying to compare a grape to a watermelon. Big SDA's are something that you simply have to experience to understand.Political Correctness'.........defined

Ditto.
Where are you located? There may be a Polkie near you with a set of the aforementioned that you can listen to (at their domicile, of course). -
Located in Houston. So the huge difference in size between those speakers does not make it feasible to compare the quality of sound that comes out of them? Or is it that the SDAs are so big that they provide an overwhelming provision of sound to the listener that smaller speakers are incapable of? Just curious, and thanks for the replies.

First off, Monitor 5B's are "regular" speakers. The SDA line has a special technology via the use of a crossover cable that helps with stereo separation and expands the soundfield. So, I agree with previous comments.... grapes and watermelons.
As to which model sounds the best, that's a matter of opinion, and your room will somewhat dictate what size of speaker you can have in it. Most people say the TL's are the cream of the crop. I personally haven't had an opportunity to hear any TL's yet, but I think you'd be pleased with any of the non-TL lineup as well.
Try them. If you don't like them, you can probably get your money back easily enough...
