Suggestions for 12AU7 tube for Antique Sound Labs Line One

I recently bought a inexpensive used Antique Sound Labs Line one Preamp.

Very simple, just a stepped volume control knob and a knob to switch between line sources.

Inside there is a single Electro-Harmonix 12AU7 tube (I think stock).

I love the way this little preamp sounds, maybe the members here that say that a tube pre and a SS amp is the way to go are right!

Since I can't leave well enough alone, here is my question:

Any suggestions on new or vintage 12AU7 tubes that you think would be an inprovement in SQ over the Electro-Harmonix?

Currently using in my system with a Rotel 1080 SS amp, and Rotel 1070 CD and Thorens TD-160 TT sources.

Speakers in the system are rotated between Dahlquist DQ-10's, DQ-20's, Spica TC-50's, Ohm Walsh 2's, ADS L-570's, Canton C-80's, and some others, but mostly the DQ-10's

Thanks for your suggestions.
