NIB FS on Ebay, will it be under warranty?

I'm considering buying a brand new polk sub on Ebay from an individual seller, but I'm hesitant to bid because they do not accept returns and I do not know if it will be under warranty. The sale is soon to end and seller hasn't answered my query.
So just wondering if anyone here knows what the warranty status would be considering I'm not the original buyer.

None that I've seen or read.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
