My buddy sent in two Telefunken 12AX7s for testing. They went off to cryo with some of my other tubes, and he is looking for a quick sale. They test strong and very close to NOS:

1600/1500 smooth plate
1500/1300 ribbed plate

Take both for $75 shipped. Pics if you need them.

    I think the ribbed plate has Berlin codes on it.

    Thanks Jon, I don't know how I missed that one is ribbed and one is smooth. I wonder what happens if you mix and match sonically.

    Dependig on which way you lean, one channel will be ribbed for your pleasure.
