Center speaker help
Hi guys. New to the Polk forums. Looking to upgrade my Cambridge Soundworks MC400 center speaker and I am trying to decide between the CS10 or CS20 center speakers. I have a Panny 50" plasma, Denon AVR 591, Cambridge Soundworks Tower II front speakers and CSW surrounds with a Polk PSW 505 sub. I think I want to go with the CS20, but I think it may be a little too large. Is there a lot of sound difference between the two speakers? Thanks for any responses.

I haven't heard the 10 and 20 but I've heard the CS1 and CS2, I own the CS2 and it blows the CS1 away. I would imagine the differences would be same between the 10 and 20.
You can get a great deal on the CS2 through the egg right now.Source: BRP Panasonic UB9000, CDP Emotiva ERC3 - Display: LG OLED EVO 83 C3 - Pre/Pro: Marantz 8802A - Amplification: Emotiva XPA-DR3, XPA-2 x 2, XPA-6, Speakers, Mains/2ch-Focal Kanta No2's, C-LSiM706, S-702F/X, RS-RTiA9's, WS-RTiA9's, FH-RTiA3's, Subs - Epik Empire x 2

I JUST purchased the cs20 from Amazon yesterday (still waiting patiently for it in the mail lol), and I did a lot of checking before I finally decided which to get. Yes the cs20 is big, but from what I heard if you can get a good deal on one, get it. If you dont wanna spend that much go with Geoff's idea, the Cs2 is almost the same speaker, just the older model.
I like shinny things and plus I was able to get the cs20 for 119.99, couldnt pass that up.Home Theater Setup- Receiver - Onkyo TX-RZ1100
- Mains - Polk RTi A9's
- External Amps - Outlaw 2200 Monoblocks for L/R/C

Nicely done!!!
Welcome to the site btw, I'm fairly new myself. You're going to love the CS2, it's a huge monster but does the job quite well.
Be sure to drop in from time to time to catch up on progress with your new beast :cool:Source: BRP Panasonic UB9000, CDP Emotiva ERC3 - Display: LG OLED EVO 83 C3 - Pre/Pro: Marantz 8802A - Amplification: Emotiva XPA-DR3, XPA-2 x 2, XPA-6, Speakers, Mains/2ch-Focal Kanta No2's, C-LSiM706, S-702F/X, RS-RTiA9's, WS-RTiA9's, FH-RTiA3's, Subs - Epik Empire x 2
